Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within China and select international locations. For restricted regions, contact us before ordering.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders over [amount, e.g., $50].
Estimated Delivery Times:
Domestic (China): 3–7 business days
International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may occur)
Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged in Transit:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The following are not eligible: perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, gift cards, and seasonal items marked “final sale”.
Return Process:

We will provide a return address (Gansu, China).
Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return (within 5–7 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges:
For size/color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
